Your satisfaction is our top priority at Wigs With Care.  If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.

 

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

Even with our consistent dedication to keeping our stock database current, there may be times when certain items become temporarily unavailable from our supplier or are put on backorder. If your ordered item happens to fall into either of these categories, be assured that we will notify you within 48 hours of your order being placed.

 Courier service

We offer a free complimentary courier service on orders exceeding $200.00 and a flat standard rate of $9.95 for all other orders.  This only applies to orders within the New Zealand metropolitan areas. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, upon receipt of payment or approval on your claim from the Ministry of Health.

 Payments

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the wig products and services provided by Wigs With Care, including but not limited to the purchase, delivery, and return of wigs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  3. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website. Payment processing will be handled securely.
  4. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  6. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
  7. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
Returns

We will gladly exchange your order within 48 hours of your purchase.  We do not offer refunds but do offer an exchange for the same value of your purchase. 

 Here are a few quick and easy steps to follow before returning your item:

  1. Contact us via email requesting a return of an item.  We will supply a return authorisation number to you.
  2. Let us know if this item will be for exchange or if you would prefer a store credit.
  3. All items must be returned in their original packing, original condition, unworn and tags still attached to the item .
  4. The return of the item is at your cost and non refundable by Wigs With Care.
  5. Ensure your item is sent via track and trace either by the postal system or a courier company. Wigs With Care cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item.

     

    Once the Return has been received by Wigs With Care:

    1. We will contact you as soon as we have received the item and update you on our findings.
    2. We aim to exchange items within a 1-3 working days, subject to availability.
